RESOLUTION AUTHORTZING EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT
AMENDING CONTRACT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING ASSISTANCE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1 . A proposed agreement entitled "Second Amendatory Contract Amending
Contract for Local Government Planning Assistance No, E-3348 dated August 20th,
1968" between the City of Richfield, Minnesota and Midwest Planning and Research,
Inc. is hereby given Clerk's File No. 8268 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public health,
safety, convenience and general -welfare to enter into such agreement for and on
behalf of the city so as to provide for comprehensive planning services ,
3. The Mayor and Manager are therefore authorized and directed to execute
such agreement for and on behalf of the City of Richfield .
