3. That~the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions of
said off-s.treet.parking. contract, in the amount of Three Thousand .($3,000.00) Dollars on
which the United Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma, Washington, appears as. Surety, is
hereby approved.
