BE IT RESOLVED by the pity council of the City of Richfield9 Hennepin County9
Minnesotae as follows a°
to That the city clerk has9 with the assistance of the city engineers calculated
the proper-amounts t® be assessed for the construction of curb and gutters City
Project Noo 613 against every assessable lots piece or parcel of land specially
benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of lave and the proposed
assessment so made up was filed with the city clerk for more than 15 days prior
t® the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection during said period®
20 The notice has lien duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held
as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed
assessments
3o That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their
objectionse if ant's to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said
public hearing®

and after carefully considering all the factss the benefits to each lot9 piece
or parcel of land and fully adv3.sing itself in the premisess has found and
determined and hereby declares that each. and every lot9 piece or parcel of land
included in said proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construe=
tion ®f said City Project Noy 6138 and has been and is specially benefited in the
amount set out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such lots piece or
parcel of lan,do
~a The proposed total assessment in the amount of $660,99 is hereby affirmeds
adopted and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
are affirmeds adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of
said lotss piecess or parcels of land.respectively9 and said amount so set out
is hereby levied-against each of the respective lots pieces or parcels of land
therein describeda
6® Said assessment is hereby affirmeds adopteds confirmed and shall be certified
by the city clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon be and constitute
the special assessment for said curb and gutter constructions City Project Noo6l30
7o The assessment with accruing interests shall be a lien upon the property
included thereins concurrent with general taxese and shill be payable in equalannual
installments extending over a period of 10 years0 The first installment shall
be payable on the first Monday in January of 1971° All assessments sha11 bear
interest at the rate of 6~ per annumo To the first installment shall be added
interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until Decem~
ber 318 19710 To eaoh subsequent instalment shall be added interest for one
year on all unpaid installments®
A17. assessments and interest thereon shall be collected and pa°idmov®r in th®
same manner as other municipal taxesa
