to That the city clerk has9 with the assistaxloe of the city engineer9 calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of curb and gutter9 City
Fro~ect Noo 611 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land specially
benefited thereby in accordance-with the provisions of law9 and the proposed assessor
went so made up was filed ~+r3th the city clerk for more than 15 days prior to the
assessment hearing and was open to public inspection during said periodm
20 The notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held
as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed
assessmento
3o That an opportunity has been given to all inter®st~d persons to present their
ob~ections~ if any9 to such proposed assessment or to-any item thereof at said
public hearingo
~., That the city council has heretofore duly established City Pro3ect Noo ~i119
and after ca~°efully considering all the facts9 the benefits to each lot9 piece
or parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premises has found and d~ter®
mined and hereby declares that each and. every lot9 piece or parcel of land in~
eluded in eaid proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construction
of said City Project Noo 611. and has been and is specially benefited in the amount
set out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such lot9 pieoe or parcel
of Lando
5® The proposed total assessment in the amount of X139335®20 is hereby affirmed9
adopted and confirmed and the sums i°.,ixed and named in. said proposed assessment
are affa.rmed9 adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of
said 1ots9 pieces or parcels of land respectively9 and said amount so set out is
hereby levied against each of the respective lots pieces or parcels of land there~m

6a Said assessment is hereby affirmeda adopted9 confirmed and shall be certified
by the city clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon be and constitute
the special assessment for said curb and gutter construction9 City Project Noo 6ll0
°~o The assessment with accruing interests shall be a lien-upon the property included
therein concurrent with. general taxes and shall be payable in equal ann~xal install
menu extending over a period of l0 yearsa The first installment shall be payable
on the first 1'ionday in ~Tanuary of .19710 All assessments shall bear interest at the
rate of 6~-per annumo To the first .installment shall be added interest on the en~
fire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 319 19710 To each
