BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Utility Agreementt° between the City of
Richfield anc~ Northern States Power Company relating to a permit to bury
3-500MCM-15KV concrete cable at a minimum of 36" below grade, on West 65th
Street., 15' south. of the cent.erline,.from Penn~Avenue to Humboldt Avenue and
on Humboldt Avenue, 15' west of the centerline, from 65th Street to 66th-Street,

2. Such agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City~Manager are
hereby authorized au,d directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of
