RESOLUTION._AUT1i08IZING AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN STATES POWER
COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND ELEC"1'RIC FEEDER LINE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Utility Agreement" between the City of
Fichfield and Northern States Power Company relating to the construction of an
underground electric feeder line on the south property line of West 66th Street
from Humboldt Avenue to Lake Shore Drive; on the south gutter line of Lake Shore
Drive from West 66th Street to Lyndale Avenue; on the west property line of
Lyndale Avenue from Lake Shore Drive to West 68th Street; and on West 68th
Street 15 feet north of the centerline of West 68th Street from Lyndale Avenue
to Grand Avenue, in the City of Richfield is hereby given Clerk's File No.
and ordered placed on file.
2. Such agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager ark
hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of
the City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of August,
1970.
