RESOLUTION NO. 4423
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1970 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield. provides
that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, the
bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay
grade and the work week in hours for each class. be established by council resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the city council has authorized the reassignment of the Wood Lake
Nature Interpretive Center Naturalist -Manager position classification to a new
salary grade;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does assign
the position classification of Wood Lake Nature Interpretive Center Naturalist
Manager to the following grade level effective on the first day of the pay period closest
to July 27, 1970 and subject to the personnel rules and regulations ordinance,
ADMINISTRATIVE, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL_PAY SCHEDULE - BI-WEEKLY RATES
