RESOLUTION N0. 4421
RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1970, ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION, CITY
PROJECT N0. 613
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4420 passed by the council on the 27th daq of
July, 1970, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of curb and gutter construction, City Project No. 613,
and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 14th day of September,
1970, in the council chambers of the Richfield--City Hali at
- 7:15 PoM. to-pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such-improvement.
2. The city c-lerk is hereby directed to cause-a notice°of the •-
hearing on the•proposed~assessment to be-published in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to~the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost
of the Ymprovement-in the amount of $660:99.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 27th day of July,
1970.
