RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1970, ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION, CITY
PROJECT N0. 612
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.4418 -passad by the council on the 27th day of
July, 1970, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of concrete curb and gutter construction, City Pro3ect
No. 612.
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be-held on the 14th day of-September,
1970, in the council chambers of the-Richfield -City Ha11 at
7:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place. all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to-cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published in~the~
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost
of the improvement~in the amount of $816.55.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 27th day of July,
1970.
