RESOLUTION N0. 4417
RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER, 14, 1970, ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION, CITX
PROJECT N0. 611
WHEREAS, by Resolution No ,4416 passed by the council on the 27th day of
July, 1970,- the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll. of the cost of concrete curb and gutter construction, City Pro3ect
No. 611, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows
1. A public hearing shall beheld on the 14th day of September,
1970, in the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at
7:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment -and at such
time and place ail persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be•published in the - -
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to~the~hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost
of the improvement°in the amount of $13;335.20:
