RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 24, 1970, ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTI01~, CITY
PROJECT NOS. 587A, B, D, E, F., G.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4414 passed by the council ®n the 27th day of
July, 1970, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of sidewalk• construction, City Project Nos. 587A, B, D,
E, F, G.
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in-his office for .public inspectionm
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~IED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 24th~day of -August,
1970, in the council chambers of the.Richfield--City Hall at'
7:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all parsons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.- -
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to•cause~a notice of the
hearing on the proposed~assessment~to be published~in~the-
official nesspaper at least two weeks prior-to the-hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost
of the improvement in the amount of-$8;372.73m
