RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CITY

WHEREAS, the following construction was-performed during the year 1969:

WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $30,145.62.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $6,278.28:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the cost of sidewalk construction to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be $8,372.73, and therefore this sum will
be assessed against property benefited-thereby.
2. That said assessments shall run for a period of five years.

3. The city clerk-shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash-
valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in his office for-public inspection:
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
