RESOLUTION N0. 4412
RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO'BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
CITY FROJECT N0. 585
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore ordered work done by~daq labor for
the improvement of all streets and alleys in the City of Richfield known as
City Project No. 585, 1969 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, and
WHEREAS, the net cost of construction of City~Pro~ect-No. 585 has been deter-
mined to be $117,922.90 and of this cost the City of Richfield will pay
$15,277.14 as its share of the cost including its share as a property owner,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a total of 834,129.1 assessable
front feet against which the foregoing costs shall be assessed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~AED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the-cost of City Project No. 585 to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be at the rate of fourteen cents (0.14) per foot for
834,129.1 assessable feet.
2. That the city clerk-shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be assessed for City Project No. 585 against each lot, piece and parcel of
laid within the City of Richfield affected, without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law.
3. The city clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment,
file a copy thereof in his office for public inspection, and shall notify the
city council.
