RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 24, 1970, ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR CURB AND GUTTER AND CONCRETE STREET NURFACING
CONSTRUCTION, CITY PROJECT N0. 586
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4410 passed by the council on the-27th day of
July, 1970, the city clerk was-directed to~prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cos t: of curb and gutter and concrete street surfacing construction,
City Project No. 586, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 24th day of August,
1970, in the council chamb~ers• of~ the' Richfield City Ha11 at
7:15 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning•property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to•such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to•cause a notice•of the
hearing on the proposed assessment~to be=published-in th e
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost
of the•improvement in the amount of $9,390.55
