RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 24, 1970 ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 568
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4408 passed by the council on the 27th day of
July, 1970, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost~of`City Project No. 568, and-
WHEREAS, the city clerk t~,s, not~.fied the council 'that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed, ~n~.filed in his office for public inspection..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows: -
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 24th day~of
August, 1970, in the council chambers of the .
Richfield City Hall at 7:15 p.m, to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at -such time- and place all -
persons owning property affected by-such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be.heard with refer-
ence to such improvement. -
2. The city clerk is~hereby-directed to cause a notice of
the hearing.on the proposed assessment to-be published•
in the. officia3 newspaper at least two weeks prior•to
the hearing, and=he shall state in the notice the total
assessable cost of .the improvement_in the amount of _
$162,400.15.
