WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $213,140.65.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are: $36,950.70
NObd THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council o,~ the City of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the cost of storm-sewer construction, City Project No. 568 in
the aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $162,400.15 and therefore this sum will be assessed against
the property benefited thereby.
2. The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper-amount to be
specially assessed.-for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment<in-his`office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 27th day of July,
1970.
