RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Uff-Street Parking Application No. 70-9, is hereby approved subject to and upon completion
of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
Z. .That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2063, be given Clerk's File No. 8251A, be placed
on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and -the Clerk be author-
ized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract, in`the amount of Two Thousand Six Hundred .($2,600.00)
Dollars on which The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, a Corporation .of Hartford, Conn-

ecticut, appears as Surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordin~.nce Code No< 4.05.
