RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON AUGUST 20, 1970, ON ICE ARENA

WHEREAS, Wold Associates, (Architects) have heretofore been ordered to
prepare plans and specifications for the construction of an Ice Arena at
Legion Lake and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council
for approval, and
WHEREAS, Brauer & Associates, Inc:, (Site Planners) have heretofore been
ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the site improvement plans
for an Ice Arena at Legion Lake and has presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rich-
field,.Minnesota:
1. That such plans .and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's
File No. 8251
2. That sealed bids will be-publicly opened by the City Manager on
the 20th day of August, 1970, at 3:00 P:M. in the council chambers and that
such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on
the 24th day of•August, 1970.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager not later than
3:00 P.M. on the 20th day of August, 1970, and that said bids will be opened
and read aloud at that time.
4. That the~City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids on said improvement as required by law:
