RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FUR OFF-STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 70-8, CONTRACT 2061

EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 70-8; Contract No. 2063, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized:
2. That the proposed off-street parking cantxact for the~improvement~of said off-
street parking-area, bearing Contract No. 2063, be given Clerk's File No. 8250 be placed
file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be author-
ized to seal the same -..for . and-~an behalf of~ this city.
3. That•the offLstreet~~°parking•operator's bond for performance of the conditions of
said off-street parking contract; in the amount of Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred
($18,800.00) Dollars on which the General Insurance Company of America, Seattle, Washington,
appears as surety, is••hereby approved:
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off=street
parking lot sha1~.•~remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance-Code No: 4.05.
