RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR-OFF=STREET PARKING

BE IT RESOLi1ED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 70-7,~is hereby approved~sub,3ect to and-upon completion
of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off street parking contract for~the improvement, of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2060, be-given Clerk's File No. 8240, be placed
on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be author-
zed to seal the same for and on behalf of this citq:
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance~of-the conditions
of said of gstreet-parking contract,~in the amount of Six Thousand~($6;000:00) Dollars
on which the American Insurance Company, Newark, New Jersey, appears as Surety, is hereby
approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parkiaag lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lof operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code~3o. 4.05:
