SCHOOL DAYS" ON BOTH SIDES GARFiELD AVENUE FROM 71HT STREET TO 72ND STREET, BE IT RESOLVE~l by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: ].: That the City Fngneer3ng Division is hereby authorized and directed to erect the following signs at the fbll:orang'locatidh, to wit: "NO PARKING 8100 A.M. TO 10:00 A.M. SCHOOL DAYS" on bath sides Garfield Avenue from 71st Street to 72nd-Street 2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs 'have been so erected on ~_. said street, they shall be official°traffic:control signs'of°the City of~Riehfieid and failure to'~observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the traffic ord- finance of this-citq, 3. That-the City Engineer~i~ Division~is-hereby authorised-and directed to remove the following signs aC the f©llo~aiitg location, to wit: "NO PARKING 8:00 AM. TO 4..00 P.M.
