RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
• AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 22nd day of June, 1970,
fixed a date for a hearing on-the proposed improvement of:
Parcel 726, Plat 44826

by storm sewer construction, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed-for the making
of this improvement were given ten days published notice of~the Council Hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice,. and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the-property owners heard thereon on the 13th day-of July, 1970.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
393 adopted on the 22nd.day of June, 1970.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the Engin-
eers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
3. This pro3ect shall hereafter be merged with and become a part of City Pro3ect
No. 621 for all further purposes.
