RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE~OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Olson, Emanuelson & March, Inc.
529 .South 7th Street, Minneapolis
Location: 1801 East 66th Street
Use: Office Building
WHEREAS, Olson, $manuelson & March, Inc., 529 South 7th Street, Minneapolis, Minn-
esota, had an off-street parking agreement with the City~of Richfield relating to 1801
East 66th Street, Richfield, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 2Q18
and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Hartford Accident & Indemnity
Company, Hartford, Connecticut, in the amount of $4,300.00, and
WHEREAS, Olson, Emanuelson & March, Inc., has complied with the provisions of-said

agreement and the Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company now seeks to be rerieved of
any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no 3ustification for requiring Olson, Emanuelson &
March, Inc. to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agree-
went.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Mnn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorizQd and directed to. release the Ha~ctford
Accident & Indemnity Company for any and all acts of Olson, Emanuelson & March, InC.,
committed or incurred in v~.olation of sdaid Qontract No. 2018 on and after the~22nd day
of June, 1970.
Adopted by the City Council this 22nd day of June, 1970.
