RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON
JULY 13TH, 1970, ON` STORlq' FEWER- CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 22nd day of
June, 1970, a report has been prepared by Orr~Schelen~Mayeron & Associates, Inc.,
(Consulting.Engineers)`~with reference to -Storm Sewer Improvement es designated
in Resolution No. 4393and this report was received by the Council on June 22nd,
1920, Clerk's File No. 8237

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by -the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district lying hereinafter
described in -accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within
the following described boundary-line to~wit:
"Beginning at the south line of 66th .Street and the west Line of I5th Avenue;
thence west 83.7 feet; thence south and parallel to the west line of 14th
Avenue 137.4 feet; thence east 83.7 feet to the .west line of 15th Avenue;
thence north to point of beginning, =~'ar~3 ~~, Plat 44826."
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $390.50.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day
of July, 1970, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk
shall give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by law.
