RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON JULY 17, 1970, ON SANITARY SEWER
REVISION AT THE INTERSECTION OF 5TH AVENUE AND 64TH STREET
CITY PROJECT N0. 622

WHEREAS, Orr-Schelen riayeron & Associates, Inc, have prepared plans and
specifications for the revision of the sanitary sewer at the intersection of
5th Avenue and 64th Street and has presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfie~:d
Minnesota:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's
File No. 8236
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on
the 17th day of July, 1970, at 11:30 A.M. in the Council Chambers
and that such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City
Council for award on the 27th day of July, 1970.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than
11:30 A.ri, on the 17th day of July, 1970, and that said bids
will be opened and read aloud at that time.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids on said improvement as required by law.
Passed by the City Council this 22nd day of June, 1970.
