CITY PROJECT NOS.~616 AND 617

WHEREAS; by Resolution Ncs:~4345, passed by the City-Council on the 23rd day of
March, 1970, a preliminary report for City Project No. 616 by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) was so~ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4363, passed by the City Council on the~~27th
day of April, 1970, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public hearing
on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 11th day of May, 1970,-and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4365,~passed by the City Council on the 11th day of
May, 1970, Orr-Schelen Mayeron& Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare plans and
specifications for storm sewer construction for City Project No. 616 as outlined in said
Resolution No. 4345, and-has presented .such .plans and specifications to the Council for
approval, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434b, passed bq the City Council on the 23*d day of
March, 1970, a preliminary report for Citq Pro3ect No. 617 by Orr-SchelenMayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4364, passed by the City Council on the 27th
day of Apri1,1970, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a pUtbl3c hearing
oa said improvement was .so ordered to be-held on the 11th day of May, 1970, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4366, passed by the City Council on the 11th day of
May, 1970, Orr--Schelen Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare plans and
specifications for storm sewer construction for City P~o3ect No. 617 as outlined in said
Resolution No. 4346, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File
No. _8235
2. That sealed bids will be publiclp opened by the City Managet on~the-17th
day of July, 1970, at 11:30 A.M~in the council Chambers and that such
bids- .will.. be..-tabulated and presented to Che City Council for award on
the 27th day oy July, 1970:
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than titan
11:30 A.M. on the 17th day of July, 1970, and that said bids will be
opened and read aloud at that time._ __ _ _ ___
