RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
ANA SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CQNSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT N0. 618
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 11th day of May, 1970,
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

by storm sewer construction, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of-the council hearing through
two weekly publications of .the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 25th day of May, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
4347 adopted on the 23rd day of March, 1970.
2. That Orr-Schelen Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the Engineers
for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
