RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 11th day of May, 1970,
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement•of:

by storm sewer construction, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon
on the 22nd day of June, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota: -- - - -- -- -
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4348 adopted on the 23rd day of March, .1970.
2. That Orr-Sahelen Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
,Engineers for this .improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such-improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of June,
1970. -
