1970-4385r~~ RESOLUTION NO. 4385 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1970 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, Section 2.3.3 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and WHEREAS, the city administration has proposed the establishment of the city clerk section within the finance department, and WHEREAS, the city administration has recommended that certain position classi- fications be established and assigned to the city clerk section, and WHEREAS, the city administration has recommended that these position classi- fications be assigned to certain grade levels within the clerical and general pay schedule; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the. city council do and hereby does establish the following position classifications and their respective grade levels effective on the first day of the pay period closest to June 8, 1970 and subject to the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
