RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 621
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 11th day of May, 1970,
firmed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:
LOCATION
East 67th Street
by storm sewer construction, and
TERMINI
FROM TO
14th Avenue 18th Avenue
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the Council Hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as requit°ed~by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 8th day of June, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
4350 adopted on the 23rd day of March, 1970.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the Engineers
for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of June, 1970.
