RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
John E. O'Toole
1436 Highview Avenue, St. Paul
Location: 6337 Penn Avenue South
Use: Beauty Shop
WHEREAS, Mr. John O'Toole, 1436 Highview Avenue<, St. Paul, Minnesota, had an
off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating~to 6337 Penn Avenue
South, which contract bears-the designation of Contract No. 985 and which contract-
was guaranteed by a bond of the Reliance Insurance Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
in the amount of $1400.00, and -
WHEREAS, Mr. John O'Toole has complied with the provisions of~said agreement and
the Reliance Insurance Company now seeks to be re3.ieved of any further obligation
under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Mr: John O'Toole to
continue to provide a bond for security on°the-performance of=said agreement:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is herby authorized and directed to release the Reliance
Insurance Company for any and all ac~t~s-of Mr. John O'Toole, committed or incurred
in violation of~said°Con~tract No. 985 on. and after the 25th day of May, 1970.
Adopted by the City Council this 25th day of May, 1970.
