RESOLUTION NO. 4377
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM
THE 1970 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4257 appropriated funds for each department
of the city for the .year 19 7 0 , and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund
for various purposes including 1970 salary adjustments, and
WHEREAS, it is determined that it will be necessary to distribute
$36, 200 of this amount to the Fire Department in the General Fund, in
accordance with the 1970 pay plan and various fringe benefits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City
of Richfield that the following transfer be made from the contingency
appropriation:
