1970-4376r~4~ ..~ RES®LUTI®1~ ~®. __ _ RESOLUTI019T RELATIIV'G TO THE 1970 SALARY COMPEI~TSATIOI~T PLAIT WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance -Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of _steps in each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1970 pay plan for those position classifications within the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1215, according to the recommendations of an adjustment panel, ITOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does establish for the year 1970 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1970® and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
