That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No. 4355 adopted on the 13th day of ,April, 1970. 2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improve- ment. He shall prepare plans and specificatians for the making of this improvement.
