WHEREAS.., pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 23rd day of March, 1970,
a report has been prepared by Orr-Scheien-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers)
with reference~to Storm Sewer Improvement as designated in Resolution No. 4350 and this
report was received by the Council on May 11th, 1970, Clerk File No. 8217.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described in
accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line to-wit:
"Beginning on the centerline of lath Avenue South at a point 130 feet south of the
centerline of East 67th Street; thence northerly to a point 114.8 feet south of the
centerline of East 69th Street, thence easterly parallel with and 114.8 feet south
of said centerline to the centerline of 15th Avenue South; thence norther~.y to the
extension of the south line of Lot 16, Block 6, Cedar Sunrise 1st Addition; thence
easterly to the S. E. corner of Lot'16, Block 2, Cedar-Sunrise 1st Addition; thence
sautih~rly to the S..W~ corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Cedar-Sunrise 1st Addition; thence
eas'Cerly to the S. E. corner of Lot 1Q, Block 3, Wexlers Addition; thence northerly
to the N~ E. corner of Lot 15, Block 2, Wexlers Addition; thence westerly along the
north line of said Lot 15 and-Lots 2 and 15, Block 1, Cedar-Sunrise 1st Addition and
westerly extension thereof to the centerline of 16th Avenue South; thence northerly
along said centerline to the centerline of East 66th Street; thence westerly along
said centerline to the centerline of 15th Avenue South; thence southerly along said
centerline a distance of 170 feet; thence westerly parallel with and 170 feet south
of said centerline to its intersection with the riQrth-south rear lot line between
i5th Avenue South and 14th Avenue South; t~ignce southerly along the rear lot line a
distance of 158.9 feet; thence westerly parallel with and a distance of 328'~9~ feet
south of the centerline of East 66th Street to the centerline of 14th Avenue South;
thence southerly along saic centerline a distance of 10.9 feet;- thence westerly
parallel. with and a distance of 339.8 feet south of the centerline of East 66th
Street to its intersection with the north-south rear lot line between 14th Avenue
South and 13th Avenue South, thence Southerly along the rear lot line to a point
130 feet south of the centerline of East 67th Street; thence easterly 130 feet
south of and parallel to the centerline of East 67th Street to the point of begin-
ning."
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the improve-
ment of $35,098.00.
