WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 23rd day of March,
1970, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc., (Consult-
ing Engineers) with reference to Storm Sewer Improvement as designated in Resolution
No. 434$ and this report was received ~y the Council on May 11th, 1970, Clerk's File

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota: ~
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the dis-
trict within the following described boundary line to-wit:
°'Beginning on the centerline of Oakland Avenue at a point 102.32 feet south of
the centerline of East 75th Street; thence easterly to the S. E. corner of-Lot
16, Block 2, Mattison Heights Flat 2; thence northerly to the N. E. corner of
Lot 15, Block 1, Mattson Heights Plat 2; thence westerly to the N. W, corner of
Lot 2, Block 3, Sunnyside Acres Addition; thence southerly to the N. Wb corner of
Lot 4, Block 3, Sunnyside Acres Addition; thence westerly to the N. W, corner of
Lot 4, Block 4, Sunnyside Acres Addition; thence southerly to the N. W, corner
of Lot 8, Block 4, Sunnyside Acres Addition; thence westerly to the intersection
with the centerline of Oakland Avenue South and the north line of Lot 9, Block 68
Sunnyside Acres Addition eactended; thence southerly along said centerline to a
point 98,9 feet north of the centerline of East 75th Street; thence westerly
