RESOLtJY'ION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 27th day of ~,pril, 1970,
fixed a date for a Hearing on the proposed improvement ofa

by storm sewer construction, .and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the Council Hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 11th day of May, 1970.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esotas
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
4345 adopted on the 23rd day of March, 1970.
2. That Orr~Schelen~Iayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the Engineers
for this improvement. They sha1X prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 11th day of May, 1970.
