NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider-the improvement of the district hereinafter de-
scribed in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within
the district within the following described boundary-line, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block-4, Lots 5 through 9, Block 5, Lots 2 through 5, Block
6, Lots 4, 5 and the north 75 feet of Lot 6, Block 8 in Fairwood
Pdrk Addition.
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block l0, Tingdale Bros. Lincoln Hills Second Addition;
Lot 9., Block 9, Lot 10, Block 8, Lot 17 and 18, Block 11 Wood Lake High-
lands:
for all or a portion. of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of .the
improvem~:nt of $16,.525.00.0
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed--improvement on-the 11th day of
May, 1970, in the Council Chambers of the. City Hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required byelaw..
