RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON`MAY 11,
1970, ON 1.970 ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND'-OfiI.fiNG PROGRAM

WHEREAS, pursuant to res-olut~-on--of the Council adopted on the 13th day-of
April, 1970, a report has-been~prepared~by-the City Engineer, with reference to
the improvement by street oiling as~designated in Resolution No:-4355'and~this
report was received-by-the Council on April-27th, 1970, Clerk's File No. 8205 _e
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the~Council consider the improvement~of such °streets and alleys in~-
accordance with-the°report and the assessment of property abetting upon~~such.°streets~
and alleys for-all or~a portion°of the cost of -the improvement, at an estimated total
cost of then improvement Hof ~$19590~2:00°
2. A Public Hearing-shall be held on proposed improvement on May 11th, 1970, in
the Council Chambers of the City Hali, at-7:00 P~:M. and the Clerk shall give published
notice of such hearing and improvement-as required by law.
