BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o€ Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Thst the proposed `geometric layout of the off-street parking-as contained-in
Off-Street Parking Application No: 70=4 Contract No.-2050; is hereby approved--sub~ect<
to and upon: completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement~of said-offs
street parking -area, bearing-Contract No. 2050, be givem Clerk'>s'-File No. 8195 , be
placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Cle~rk-be
authorized to seal the same'for-and on°behalf~of this city.-~•
3. That the Off-street parking operator's -bond for performax~ce-~ of the conditions ~ of
said off-street~parking~contract, in the amount of Five Thousand ($S,SOOo00) Dollars~on
which the United Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma, Washington, appears as surety, is
hereby approved.
4a i'kiat responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility-of~-the-off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance-Code-No.-4.05.
