RESOLITTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
EAST 70TH STREET, 10TH AVENUE TO 13TH AVENUE
EAST 69TH STREET, ELLIOT AVENUE TO 13TH AVENUE
10TH AVENUE, 70TH STREET TO 67TH STREET
EAST 68TH STREET, ELLIOT AVENUE TO 12TH AVENUE
FAST 67TH STREET, COLUM$US AVENUE TO 12TH AVENUE

WHEREAS, it is proppsed,to improve the following area:"
East 70th Street, 10th Avenue to 13th Avenue
East 69th Street, Elliot Avenue to 13th Avenue
10th Avenue, 70th Street to 67th Street
East 68th Street; Elliot Avenue to. 12th Avenue
East, 67th Street, Columbus Avenue to 12th Avenue
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefited for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tY~e City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, Inc., (Consulting Engineers) for study and that they•be instructed
to'repgrt,to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary. way, as to whether the proposed .improvemenC is feasible, the area
to be assessed, and as, to whether it. should best be ~a.de as proposed. or in
connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
2. That the storm sewer;3mprovement listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be known as City Project"~No. 620. .`
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund.,. such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for~the
construction of•this pro3ect. "" '
