RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
EAST 75TH STREET, OAIZLAND AVENUE TO 12TH AVENUE
EAST 71ST STREET, IZTH AVENUE TO BLOOMINGTON AVENUE
EAST 68TH STREET, BLOOMINGTON AVENUE TO 18TH AVENUE
EAST 69TH STREET, BLOOMINGTON AVENUE TO 17TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT N0. 619
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following area:
East 75th Street, Oakland Avenue to 12th Avenue
East 71st Street, 12th Avenue to Bloomington Avenue
East 68th Street, Bloomington Avenue to 18th Avenue
East 69th Street, Bloomington Avenue to 17th Avenue
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portion of the.cost of the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
Minnesota:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the area
to be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
2. That the storm sewer improvement listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be known as City Project No. 619.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for the
construction of this project.
