RESOLUTION N0. 4345
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
77TH STREET FROM OAKLAND AVENUE TO 17TH AVEATUE
CITY PROJECT N0: 616
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following area:
77th Street from Oakland Avenue to 17th Avenue
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portion•of the cost of the improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of: the.~City_ of Rl.,chfield,
Minnesota: - _
1. That .the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed .imprrovement is feasible, the area
to be assessed, and as to w~e~her it should best be made5as proposed or in~
connection with some other improvement.and the estimated cost of the improvement
a•s recommended. ,
2. That the storm fewer improvement listed in this resolution shall Hereafter
be known as City Project No: 616. `
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall;: be paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing lzas been accomplished for the
construction of this pro3ect.
