RESOLUTION N0. 4342
RESOLUTION RELATING T6'TRA~'FIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME EX~PT SUNDAYS" ON
COUNTY ROADS WITHIN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That the County of Hennepin is hereby authprized and directed
to erect the following signs at the following locations, to wit:
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME EXCEPT SUNDAYS"
on
Both sides 66th Street from Xerxes Avenue to Penn Avenue
Both sides Penn Avenue from GSAH 62 to 7bth Street
Both sides Nicollet Avenue from 62nd Street to FAI 494
Both sides Portland Avenue from CSAH 62 to FAI 494
East side Xerxes Avenue from CSAH 62 to 66th Street
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said streets, they ,shall be official traffic control signs of the City of
Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the
traffic ordinance of this city.
