1. That the•progosed geometric layout of the off-street parking-as contained in
Off-Street-Parking Application•No. 69-16;•Contraet°No: 203$, ~s~hereby°approved-•sub~ec•t•
to and~upon completion o~ performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That`the proposed off-street parking contract for-the-improvement-of~said off
street parking area,°bearing Contract°No. 2047;~be gven•Clerk's File'No.~8167, be place
on file and=that th~~Manager be authorized~-to-sign said contract-and the Clerk be author-

Dollars on which•=the Fidelity and~Deposit Company of Maryland, Baltimore;, Maryland, appear
as surety, is hereby approved.
