RESOLUTION No. 4339
"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM
X9.70 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO VARIOUS BUDGET ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4257 appropriated funds for each department
of the city for the year 19 7 0; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund for
various purposes including 1970 salary adjustments, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that it will be necessary to distribute
$87, 672 of this amount among various departments in the general fund, in
accordance with the 1970 pay plan for police, city manager, and public works
personnel, and the various fringe benefits in all departments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of
Richfield that the following transfers be made from the contingency appropriation:
