RESOLUTION No, 4337
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1970 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR PERMANENT PART-TIME, NON-PERMANENT PART-TIMEg TEMPORARY
AND RECREATION PROGRAM EMPLOYEES,
WHEREAS o Section 2 , 33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfieid
provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades a the number of steps
in each grades the bi-weekly rates in eaoh grade, the method of noranal
progression through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class
be established by council resolution, and
WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared 1970 pay plans for the
permanent part-time, non-permanent part-time a temporary and recreation
program position classifications,
NOWa THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the :~i'ty council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1970 the following pay Plano which is to be effective
on the first day of the pay period closest to January l0 19700 and subject to the
provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance ,
