RESOLUTION No, 4.336
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1970 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield
provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps
in each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression
through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established
by council resolutipn, and
WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1970 pay plan for the
position classifications represented by the International Union of Operating
Engineers Local 49;
NOW,': THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1970 the following pay plan, which is to be effective
on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1st, 1970, and subject to the
provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
