Resolution Authorizing Quit Claim Deed
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota
as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the following described .property is
primarily in streets and alleys heretofore vacateei and that such properties
have no substantial value;
Lots 3 and 4, inclusive, Block 2, "Ray's Lynnhurst", e~toept.
that part of said Lots 3 and 4 inclusive which lies North-
westerly of the following described line: From the Southeast
corner of Lot 21, said Block 2 , Ray's Lynnhurst run Northerly
along the East line of said. Lot for 25 feet to the. point of
beginning of the line to the line to be described; thence
deflect to the fight at an angle of 28 degrees, 00 minutes for
5 6 0 feet and there terminating .
Together with that part of ,.the .West half of the adjoining vacated
Emerson Avenue lying between the extensions across it of the
South line of said Lot 4 and the North line of Lot 2; and, that
part of the East half of the adjoining vacated .alley lying between
t'he extensions across it of the. South line of said Lot 11, and a
line described as commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 21,
Block 2 , "Ray's Lynnhurst" , thence run Northerly along the East
line of said Lot for 25 feet to the. point of beginning . of the
line to be described; thence deflect to the right at an angle of
28 degrees for 560 feet and there terminating, and situated in
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. Cedar Properties, Inc. having applied to the city to have such pro-
perties conveyed by Quit Claim Deed, the mayor and manager are, hereby .
authorized to execute such Quit Claim Deed without consideration and for the
purpose of clearing the title to the properties involved.
