RESOLUTION N0.4328
RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME' ON BOTH SIDES OF 76TH
STREET FROM LYNDALE AVENUE TO PENN ~iVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed
to erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME!' on both sides of 76th
Street from Lyndale Avenue to Penn Avenue
2. That when the aforementioned tr~ffio:cbntrol signs have been so erected
on said street, they shall be official traffic:control signs of the City of
Richfield and failure: to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the
traffic ordinance of this city.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 23rd day of Feb-
ruary, 1970.
